    How to do it :

Apply one coat of white gel. Cure. Add some silver glitter to the tacky layer.

Paint two intersecting sets of red and blue curved lines onto the nail. Cure

Paint two intersecting sets of red and blue curved lines onto the nail. Cure. Add red glitter to the tacky layer on top of the red lines.

Add blue glitter on top of the blue lines.
